Mobile travel fees are based on straight-line distance from our McAllen office, not driving miles. Notary fees follow the Texas fee schedule.

How is the mobile travel fee figured?
By straight-line distance from our McAllen office: $25 up to 5 miles, then $35, $45, and $55 up to 20 miles. You'll see your fee before you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit (and the travel fee for mobile visits) is not refunded.
What if my document can't be notarized?
The notary will explain the issue and any next steps you can take.
